The Carbon 30 is a lightweight, 30% air carbon racing pole with ergonomic cork handle and adjustable ergonomic hand strap with a large racing basket.
Sizing - The size chart below is a helpful reference, but we generally try to size poles from the ground to between the lips/nose. If you have any questions, please don't heasitate to email or call the store.
