This is the IFP-set (Integrated Fixation Plate) - This plate is for Turnamic cross country bindings (from Fischer and Rossignol) to be able to click the bindings on the skis. The IFP-set is the connection between skis and bindings and allows you easily to adjust the binding a bit forward and a bit backward. Forward position provides more grip and backward position provides more glide.

These Fischer cross country binding mounting plates come with everything needed to get you skiing.

Regarding mounting of the IFP plates, Fischer informs that the drill pattern is "Screw mount plate SNS pattern." This means that you can use a Salomon SNS mounting jig to make the hole patterns for the IFP screws into the cross-country skis. Please always be careful and control if the holes on the plates and in the jig fit properly.
