The FlashMinnow series was developed for use in California where SURF FISHING is enjoyed. Around the Beach Area, for example, surf fishing is more prominent, and species such as HALIBUT, SURF PERCH, CROAKER, WHITE SEABASS, and CALICO BASS can be caught.
